RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Returned items should be sent within 14 days to Paperback Prints, c/o 229 Mary Vale Road, Birmingham, B30 2DL, U.K. Customers will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returned items and the cost of outward and return shipping will be deducted from any UK customer refunds when a shipping free option has been used. If you are shipping an item over £75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at enquiries@paperbackprints.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
